Stuffed Breakfast Burger
The best burgers start with the best beef! Try this delicious stuffed breakfast burger that is sure to be a hit!

  • (1 lb.) Thousand Hills Ground Beef
  • (1 Cup) Hashbrowns
  • (2 Tbsp.) Soy Sauce
  • (3 Tbsp.) Maple Syrup
  • (1 Tbsp.) Salt
  • (1 Tbsp.) Pepper
  • (1 Tbsp.) Garlic Powder
  • (4 Tbsp.) Olive Oil
  • (5) Eggs
  • (4 Strips) Bacon
  • (4) Hamburger Buns


Create patty base by mixing ground hamburger, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and one egg.

Divide hamburger into four balls, then divide each ball in half. Form two patty halves and place an egg in between the patties. Use your fingers, or a stuffed burger maker to close the edges. 

Cook burgers on the grill! Medium high, 4-5 minutes per side. Cook bacon and brown hashbrowns in small squares. 

Toast buns on grill and place burger patty.

Top burger with hashbrowns and bacon.

Garnish with more bacon!
