Slow Cooker Ramen
A slow cooker recipe, so flavor-packed it's hard to believe it's ready in just three hours!

Ingredients

  • (1) Large Carrot, Ribboned
  • (1/4 Cup) Cilantro
  • (1) Jalapeno, Sliced
  • (4) Green Onions, Chopped
  • (1) Lime, Sliced
  • (1/4 Cup) Mushrooms
  • (2 Tbsp.) Sriracha
  • (1 Tbsp.) Ginger
  • (2 Tbsp.) Garlic Powder
  • (2 Tbsp.) Sesame Oil
  • (5 Tbsp.) Soy Sauce
  • (1 Tbsp.) Brown Sugar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • (2 Tbsp.) Olive Oil
  • (4) Eggs, Soft Boiled
  • (3) Ramen, Packages
  • (1 lb.) Thousand Hills Top Sirloin Filets

Directions

Add oil to pan and brown Thousand Hills filets in skillet on medium high to lightly brown on both sides. 

Add meat, broth, mushrooms, two chopped green onions and seasonings to crockpot. Cook on high for three hours.

During the last five minutes, add your ramen noodles.

Remove meat and thinly slice into pieces.

Place Ramen noodles and broth mixture into bowls. 

Now for the fun part! Garnish with carrot ribbons, thinly slice jalapeno, cilantro, lime, green onion and soft boiled egg.
