- (1 lb.) Thousand Hills Ground Beef
- (3) Jalapeños
- (1 Cup) Arugula
- (1/2) Onion, Sliced
- (2 Tbsp.) Soy Sauce
- (2 Oz.) Cream Cheese
- (4 Tsp.) Red Pepper Jam
- (1 Tbsp.) Salt
- (1 Tbsp.) Pepper
- (1 Tbsp.) Garlic Powder
- (1) Eggs
- (8 Slices) Bacon
- (4) Hamburger Buns
Create patty base by chopping 4 strips of bacon and adding it to ground hamburger, salt, pepper, and garlic powder mixture. Mix in one egg.
Chop one jalapeno, removing the seeds and mix it with cream cheese. Divide hamburger into four balls, then a generous amount of cream cheese in between the patties. Use your fingers, or a stuffed burger maker to close the edges.
Cook burgers on the grill! Medium high, 4-5 minutes per side.
Toast buns on grill and place burger patty on bun when finished. Add arugula, red onion slices and red pepper jam.
Garnish with roasted jalapeno slice!
