Taking away the guilt, and it's ready in no time!

  • (1 lb, thinly sliced) Thousand Hills Top Sirloin
  • (2 tbsp) Arrowroot or cornstarch
  • (1 lb, cut into 2") Broccoli
  • (1/2 cup) Soy sauce, low sodium
  • (3 cloves) Garlic, minced
  • (1 1/4 tsp) Ginger, minced
  • (1/2 tsp) Black pepper
  • (1/4 cup) Water
  • (2 tbsp) Olive oil

Combine thinly sliced steak with arrowroot/cornstarch with a pinch of pepper. Toss in medium bowl to coat well

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in large skillet over medium heat, add the steak a few pieces at a time so they are not touching each other. Cook 1-1 1/2 minutes per side, then transfer to clean plate. continue this until all steak is cooked (adding more oil as needed)

If pan is dry, add more oil before adding broccoli to pan. Cook broccoli 4-6 minutes depending on preference

While broccoli is cooking, mix together soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and pepper

Once broccoli is finished cooking, transfer to the same plate as the steak. Pour sauce into pan and stir. Return broccoli and steak to pan and stir to coat with sauce. The sauce will naturally thicken up as it heats, cook for 3-5 minutes (add a bit of water if sauce gets too thick)

Serve over rice or cauliflower rice, ENJOY!
