- (1 Tbsp.) Balsamic Vinegar
- (1 Tbsp.) Salt
- (1 Tbsp.) Pepper
- (1 Tbsp.) Garlic Powder

- (1 Cup) Mozzarella, Balls
Create patty base by mixing ground hamburger, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and egg.
Divide hamburger into four balls, then divide each ball in half. Form two patty halves and place a generous handful of mozzarella bites in between the patties. Use your fingers, or a stuffed burger maker to close the edges.
Cook burgers on the grill! Medium high, 4-5 minutes per side.
Toast buns on grill and place burger patty on bun. Add sliced onion, basil, and sliced mozzarella.
Mix together mayonnaise and balsamic vinegar, spread on the top of the bun.
Garnish with a basil leaf!
